Your Initial Nutrition Evaluation is a powerful 90-minute session where we’ll get to the root of what’s going on and develop a food-based plan to tackle your most pressing concerns. In this single “everything you need to know” session, you’ll learn the best way to eat for you, so you can stop feeling confused and start feeling well.
This session is perfect for you if you’re ready to:

We’ll connect over the phone to review your Premier Nutrition Assessment and uncover what’s working for you and what’s not. You’ll get my best nutrition recommendations, food suggestions, and recipes for going forward.
