Looking for something different, healthy, and delicious you can make for the holidays?  Try these wintery superfood treats.

INGREDIENTS
6 tbsp sunbutter
4 tbsp cacao
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp almond meal
1 scoop hemp protein powder
1 tbsp raw honey
pinch of sea salt
2-4 tbsp water, or as needed
shredded coconut

 

DIRECTIONS
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl except the water and shredded coconut.  Stir and slowly add the water until you reach the desired consistency, or when you’re able to roll the dough into balls.  Roll the dough into bite-sized balls.  Roll in shredded coconut and refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
