Wild Alaskan salmon is a quick, easy, and exceptionally healthy fish to make. It is one of the best sources of omega-3s, making this a great, anti-inflammatory food. And, it’s one of the few food sources of Vitamin D. For added convenience, have your fish de-boned at your local fish market.

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound wild alaskan salmon, boned

1/2 cup fresh thyme, finely chopped

1 tsp sea salt

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 lemon, cut into 8 pieces

DIRECTIONS:

1.  Preheat oven to 425 degrees

2.  Place salmon on parchment-lined baking sheet

3.  Rub salmon with olive oil

4.  Sprinkle with herbs and salt

5.  Place in oven and cook, approximately 15 minutes, or until salmon is slightly pink inside (time will vary based on the thickness of salmon)

6.   Serve with fresh lemon wedges
